About the Company

TAG have exciting opportunities for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join an operation in Hazelmere, WA. This role offers consistent, ongoing work with full-time hours.

Location: Hazelmere, WA
Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm

We are currently seeking a Dispatch Administrator to join our team in Hazelmere. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, computer-savvy and able to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change throughout the day.

About the Role

You will play an important role in coordinating daily tyre dispatches and deliveries while providing administrative support to drivers, customers and the warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily tyre dispatches and deliveries.
Prepare delivery paperwork and complete data entry.
Liaise with drivers, customers and warehouse staff.
Monitor stock movements and maintain accurate inventory records.
Provide general administrative support to the dispatch team.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Strong computer literacy and confidence using technology.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
The ability to quickly understand and process new information.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
A proactive and reliable approach to work.
Previous experience in administration, dispatch, transport or warehousing will be highly regarded.
