Full Job Description

At Strive Up Community, we're passionate about empowering people with disability/s to live more independent, confident and fulfilling lives. We're looking for someone who enjoys supporting others while also helping behind the scenes with administration and business growth.

This is a unique opportunity to combine direct support work with office administration, making every week varied and rewarding.

About the Role

The successful applicant will provide high-quality, person-centred support to NDIS participants while also assisting with administration tasks such as:

General office administration
Filing and document management
Assisting with rostering and scheduling
Updating client records
Assisting with social media content and marketing
Supporting day-to-day business operations

Support work may include:

Community access
Personal care (where required)
Transport to appointments and activities
Capacity building supports
Encouraging independence and achieving participant goals

We are Looking For Someone Who Is:

Caring, reliable and professional
Organised with excellent communication skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Confident using computers and Microsoft Office
Creative and interested in social media (preferred)
Previous administration experience is highly regarded

Essential Requirements

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Working With Children Check
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Current Australian Driver Licence
Reliable, insured vehicle
NDIS Worker Orientation Module
