The Opportunity
Crowley Home Care, support older people to live independently in their own homes. Our services promote independence, wellness and quality of life.
We are currently hiring multiple Home Care Workers to provide personal care & domestic assistance services to our clients.
Hourly rate of pay: $33.67 – $35.17 (Perm Base Hourly Rate excluding shift penalties), greater than 12 months experience.

About You
Successful applicants will have:
- More than 12 months experience
- A Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care (if providing personal care)
- Current Drivers License and registered car with comprehensive insurance
- A kind heart and genuine interest in helping older persons
- A commitment to quality care and service
- Be reliable, adaptable and accountable
- Act with humility, integrity, respect and understanding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A desire to work independently as part of a dynamic and flexible team
- Be available to work morning, afternoon and weekends across a rotating roster
