Several Positions covering the area of Ballina, Lismore and Casino. ( Client in Ballina would prefers female support)

NOTE: Rates, these are casual rates and will be paid in line with Qualifications and experience. Positions available are part-time or casual and will be confirmed if you are successful.

As an NDIS Registered organisation dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilties by providing them with choices and control over their lives. We work collaboratively with families, friends, and our dedicated staff to pave the way for a brighter future for people with disablities.

Seeking Experienced, Reliable and Passionate NDIS Support workers.

About the Role: As a Disabilty Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting and empowering individuals with disabilties to lead lives of their choosing. In this role, you will work both independently and as part of a team, delivering a range of services aimed at helping participants live independently, actively participate in their local community, and engage in meaningful opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Support participants in living an active lifestyle and participating in their community through person-centered support and programs.

Implement positive behaviour strategies according to behaviour support plans.

Assist and support participants with personal hygiene and care.

Maintain open communication with management and families about the participant's progress.

Undertake household tasks such as menu planning, cooking, and cleaning.

Maintain progress notes and records.

About You: You are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disablities. Your positive and energetic personality drives your commitment to providing exceptional support to our clients. You thrive in a team-oriented environment, possess creativity, and are highly organised. Building strong partnerships and effective communication with people comes naturally to you.

Pay: $30.00 – $49.00 per hour
