About the role
Grampians Health is seeking Enrolled and Registered Nurses to join our teams across our different campuses in Western Victoria. Working within a multidisciplinary team you will be expected to facilitate and foster best practice and service delivery to our clients and their families. Skills and experience
- AHPRA registration
- Clinical knowledge and skills commensurate with experience
- Organisational skills particularly with respect to time management
- The ability to contribute and practice collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate availability in our electronic rostering system and accepting shifts based on availability
- Patient care for a diverse range of residents in varied care settings
- Participate in the provision of resident focused, holistic care
- Provide accurate and timely communication with the team regarding resident health status
- Documentation and updating of care plans
- Communication with residents, visitors and staff at all levels within Grampians Health
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive, resident focussed outcomes
- Participate in annual performance reviews
- Commitment to ongoing mandatory education

This job advertisement is for all registered nursing roles across Grampians Health, which encompasses Horsham, Stawell, Edenhope, Dimboola, Ararat & Ballarat.
This position is paid in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2024 - 2028. The classification is Registered Nurse Grade 2 (YP2 - YP9) which ranges from $42.60 - $54.40 per hour or The classification is Enrolled Nurse Grade 2 (IB68 - IB72) which ranges from $38.13 - $40.57 per hour.

Ararat Region

Nursing positions are paid in accordance with the following agreements and classifications:
- Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2024 - 2028.
- The classification is Registered Nurse Grade 2 (YP2 - YP9) which ranges from $41.36 - $52.20 per hour.
- The classification for Midwives Grade 2 is Registered Nurse Grade 2 (YS2 - YS8) which ranges from $42.41 - $52.20 per hour.
- The classification is Enrolled Nurse Grade 2 (IB68 - IB72) which ranges from $36.59 - $38.93 per hour.
- Victorian Public Mental Health Services Enterprise Agreement 2024 - 2028
- The Classification for Registered Psychiatric Nurse Grade 2 (NP11 - NP26) $36.10 - $46.38 per hour.
- The classification is Enrolled Psychiatric Nurse Level 2 - (PE21-PE23/YD22) which ranges from $35.27 - $36.84 per hour
