A relevant qualification or approved pathway suitable for an Assistant in Nursing role.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient care.
A commitment to safe work practices and quality healthcare delivery.
A proactive attitude towards learning, growth and continuous improvement.
You'll stand out if you bring experience in aged care, rural health or hospital settings and/or additional training that strengthens your clinical support skills.
