About the Role

Join the leadership team at Edenhope and play a key role in delivering exceptional, person-centred aged care. Working alongside the Nurse Unit Manager, you'll provide clinical leadership, coordinate daily operations and support a positive team culture while ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate clinical care across each shift.
Support and deputise for the Nurse Unit Manager.
Mentor, coach and support nursing staff.
Coordinate staffing and clinical resources.
Drive quality improvement and Aged Care Standards compliance.
Partner with residents, families and the multidisciplinary team.

Skills & Experience

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Demonstrated clinical leadership in aged care or similar.
Strong communication and team leadership skills.
Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards.
NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
