About the opportunity

As Store Manager of Prouds Armidale, you'll lead your own business, build a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving outstanding results.

You'll have the opportunity to:

Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.
Coach your team to build authentic customer relationships and maximise every sales opportunity.
Recruit, coach and develop future leaders while creating a positive, accountable culture where success is recognised and celebrated.
Drive sales performance, profitability and key business outcomes through strong leadership, sound business and financial acumen, and a relentless focus on results.
Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory, administration, rostering and loss prevention, using your strong planning, organisational and time management skills, to deliver consistently high standards.
