About the opportunity
We are looking for a Lawyer to join our Ipswich Office on a permanent full-time basis.

We are looking for a Lawyer with a strong client service focus, personable approach, and commitment to social justice. Ideally, we are looking for someone with 3-5 + years PAE, and welcome applications from individuals who are experienced and passionate about Personal Injuries law. We are specifically seeking someone with extensive WorkCover experience.
Your responsibilities will include running personal injury files, working collaboratively with colleagues, contributing to the development of legal strategies, engaging with clients throughout the lifecycle of their claims, and maintaining high standards of legal work and compliance. You will play a key role in delivering excellent client service and outcomes, with a focus on progressing matters efficiently and professionally.
The experience we are looking for:

Experience in Workers' Compensation, Public Liability and Motor Vehicle Compensation claims

Demonstrated capacity or interest in executing business development

Excellent interpersonal skills with experience providing high level client service

Demonstrated proactive approach to file management

Experience working in a high-volume work environment.
