We're looking for someone who understands that great content is only part of the equation - distribution, coordination , and strategy is what actually drives results. The role requires you to work in our office based in Chapel Hill. It is essential you have a current drivers licence to travel to locations for content collection .Salary dependent on experience. What we are looking for:
- strong understanding of social media platforms
- ability to plan , film and execute coordinated, multi platform campaigns independently
- confident shooting and editing video content (reels, short form , long form)
- understanding of AI tools for content creation, editing, and scaling output
- strong eye for design, detail, and premium presentation
- someone proactive who brings ideas, not just execution
What you will be doing:
- planning and executing coordinated content across multiple platforms
- filming and editing high-quality video and visual content
- managing content calendars and campaign roll outs
- working alongside our team on project launches and marketing strategy
- ensuring consistency of messaging and brand across all channels
- helping build a strong digital presence in the property space
