Join the Melbourne Eurotech Team!

We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Receptionist/Administrator to join our team in Keilor East.

This is a casual position offering 3 - 4 days per week (Potential for a permanent full time role). Hours will vary based on business needs, staff leave and seasonal demand, so we're looking for someone who is flexible, dependable and available to work when required.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in delivering a professional, welcoming and premium customer experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy workshop.

About the Role

Welcoming customers and providing exceptional customer service
Answering and directing phone calls
Managing emails and customer bookings
Preparing invoices and processing payments
Providing administrative support to our mechanics and management team
General reception and clerical duties

About You

A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Presents professionally and communicates confidently
Friendly, honest, reliable and punctual
Well organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and multitask effectively
Strong computer skills and attention to detail
Works well independently and as part of a team
Committed to maintaining a safe workplace
Previous reception or administration experience (preferred but not essential)
A passion for European cars or the automotive industry (a bonus!)

Full training will be provided for the right candidate with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
