Position Description: Graduate Systems Developer
Reports to: Head of Technology Delivery

Role Purpose: We are looking for a Graduate Systems Developer who enjoys solving problems and delivering practical technology solutions that improve the way our business operates. Working alongside the Head of Technology Delivery and the Head of Process and Systems, you’ll engage with teams across the business to understand their processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and help design and implement technology solutions. This may involve developing software, integrating existing systems, or enhancing the tools and platforms we already use. You’ll also contribute to the ongoing support and improvement of our existing software solutions while gaining experience across the full solution delivery lifecycle.
Success in this role you will see

Develop and maintain web applications using React, TypeScript and .NET.
- Work with Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases.
- Participate in code reviews, testing and Azure DevOps delivery processes.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Head of Technology Delivery and Head of Process and Systems to design practical technology solutions.
- Deliver solutions through software development, systems integration, automation, and platform configuration.
- Support solution implementation by assisting with documentation, training, and change management to encourage successful business adoption.
Skills

Demonstrated experience with React, TypeScript and .NET through commercial work, internships, university or personal projects.
- Demonstrated experience with process mapping, process improvement or AI-assisted documentation tools.
- Demonstrated experience with Azure, CI/CD or cloud-hosted applications.
- Demonstrated exposure to REST APIs and system integrations.
- A solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with Git and modern software development practices.
- Familiarity with the Zoho software suite is highly desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge of the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) industry is highly desirable but not essential.
- A willingness to learn, collaborate and continuously develop your technical and professional skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Full Work Rights in Australia
- Completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or in a related field is highly desirable
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Pre-employment medical (may be required)
