What this opportunity involves:
As an Accountant at JLL, you'll take ownership of critical financial responsibilities on behalf of our clients, ensuring every transaction aligns with contractual requirements while driving continuous improvements in how we work. This role sits at the intersection of precision and innovation—you'll manage high-volume invoice processing, deliver insightful monthly reporting with variance analysis, and collaborate with stakeholders across leasing, facilities management, and client teams. You'll be trusted to represent JLL Finance in client meetings, present financial information with confidence, and support the development of team members while maintaining the accuracy and speed that our fast-paced environment demands. An overview of the role:
Process high volumes of property expenditure invoices daily with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely vendor payments in compliance with policies and procedures
Prepare and present monthly management accounts with detailed variance analysis, comparing actuals against budget and providing meaningful insights to support decision-making
Develop, update, and maintain financial procedures and management systems that enhance the effectiveness of service delivery, including supporting implementation of technology systems
Represent JLL Finance in client meetings and stakeholder discussions, presenting financial information and addressing queries with professionalism and clarity
Mentor and support Finance Administrators in processing funding requests and property expenditure payments, while liaising with internal and external stakeholders across AP, leasing, facilities management, and client teams
Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for:
Tertiary education in accounting or finance, with progress toward professional accounting qualifications preferred
Excellent communication skills across telephone, written, and in-person formats, with sound working knowledge of accounting principles and systems
Strong computer literacy in standard office products including Word and Excel, with experience in JD Edwards or JDE Enterprise 1 systems desirable
Proven ability to take ownership of responsibilities and processes, working independently as well as collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
Demonstrated initiative and a proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work within tight deadlines while effectively prioritizing competing demands
