This is an exciting opportunity for a Stock Coordinator to join our, fast-paced, growing business.

The Chemist Warehouse Inala Plaza Shopping Centre is a supportive, close-knit team with a strong focus on customer care and merchandising. We work together to provide excellent service in a friendly, collaborative environment where every team member is valued and supported.

Our store is large and busy, with plenty of variety and a newly renovated dispensary. Located near a range of neighbouring stores, it offers an exciting and dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Approachable and supportive managers, combined with a team that always helps each other out, make it a place where energy, teamwork, and enthusiasm come together every day.

With part-time, full-time and casual working hours available across our store network, the right opportunity is closer than you think!

With the supervision of an experienced people leader, the primary role of the Stock Coordinator is to manage and organising all incoming stock deliveries to the store daily. In addition, you are also responsible for:

Replenishing stock and maintaining inventory levels to create engaging visual merchandising displays in-store,
Labelling and arranging new and replenishment stock as specified in the retail store planograms,
General administration including handling and processing invoices relating to the stock received as well as processing credits when appropriate. `

Ability to work well in a team as well as independently,
Prior stock management experience in a similar role,
Excellent customer service,
Strong communication skills with a variety of stakeholders
Attention to detail and accuracy in carrying out tasks

Our team members work in our pharmacies throughout their shift, often standing for long periods. Stock replenishment can involve repeated movements and lifting heavier items, so please keep this in mind when applying.
