About the Role
As our Workshop Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the workshop, leading a team of technicians, delivering outstanding customer service, and driving workshop performance. This is a hands-on leadership role with excellent opportunities for long-term career growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the daily operations of the workshop.
* Lead and support a team of tyre technicians and mechanics.
* Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
* Monitor workshop productivity and profitability.
* Quote and recommend tyres, wheel alignments, servicing, and repairs.
* Maintain a safe, organised, and efficient workplace.
* Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry.
* Previous workshop or store management experience preferred.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
* Honest, reliable, and highly organised.
* Mechanical trade qualification is an advantage but not essential.
* A current Australian driver’s licence.
