What You’ll Drive
The Senior Project Manager – Education & Training is responsible for leading the planning, governance, implementation and evaluation of complex strategic initiatives across the Education & Training
portfolio. The role provides high-level project leadership, strategic advice and governance support to the Executive Director Education & Training to deliver organisational priorities, Government
election commitments, grant-funded initiatives, education reform programs and major cross-functional projects.
The Skills You Bring
- Significant experience leading complex vocational education and training projects, including planning, delivery, evaluation, risk management, budget control, governance, reporting and achievement of agreed outcomes within set timeframes.
- Strong research, analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and information, identify issues, inform decision making and develop practical solutions aligned to organisational priorities, government policy and TAFE SA procedures.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and organisational skills, with the ability to build effective relationships, present complex concepts clearly, prepare high-quality reports and work independently or collaboratively under broad direction in a fast-paced environment.
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
