Our client is a large Australian Owned Company with operations across all States and Territories of Australia and New Zealand. Their operations are bulk storage facilities for liquids and they are located at all major ports and other critical locations around Australia.

As part of their continuous improvement of Quality, Safety & Environmental Standards, Systems & Processes, they are in urgent need of an experienced administrative assistant. The core focus of this role is to support the facility manager in the update of all company documentation in line with audit requirements.

Exceptional verbal and written English skills are required, as are exceptional standards in accuracy, attention to detail and proof reading associated with conducting in-depth and technical administrative reviews of new and existing documentation.

You must have advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Word and intermediate skills in the use of Excel and Adobe. Typing speed in excess of 60WPM is expected as are exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

You MUST be in a position to commence this role Monday 27th July and have your own reliable transport and drivers license. This role is site based and is located at their major terminal operations in Botany.

NOTE: Working from home is NOT available or an option.

Applicants must have Full-Time Working rights in Australia and have completed a police background clearance and/or prepared to undergo as part of specified federal government requirements.

On offer is a negotiable casual hourly rate ranging from $45-$50/HR + 12% Super.
