In this role, you'll:
Join the Regulatory Transformation & Insights team and play a key role in delivering the RegStar program transforming how regulatory services are designed and delivered across NSW. As the Senior Program Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across a complex portfolio of workstreams, helping ensure successful program delivery, governance, stakeholder alignment and benefits realisation.
Support the Program Director in the delivery of the RegStar program, helping to drive priorities, coordinate activities across workstreams and ensure strategic objectives are translated into effective delivery outcomes.
Act as the Program Director's 2IC, supporting program delivery, stakeholder engagement and governance activities, while providing leadership across delivery teams and stepping in to represent the program as required.
Provide day-to-day program leadership and oversight, monitoring progress, risks, dependencies and issues, and working with program leads to maintain momentum and delivery confidence across the portfolio.
Build strong relationships across business, technology, regulatory and corporate functions, influencing stakeholders at all levels and providing clear, actionable insights to support informed decision-making.
Fixed term, fulltime role to 30 June 2027. Your home base will be Macquarie Park, with hybrid working arrangements.

About you
You're a highly capable program delivery professional who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and enjoys working alongside senior leaders to turn strategy into execution. You demonstrate:
- A strong track record of coordinating large-scale transformation initiatives, navigating ambiguity and building alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Expertise delivering large, complex transformation programs or portfolios within a matrixed environment, balancing multiple priorities and workstreams.
- Strong program management capability across governance, planning, reporting, risk and issue management, with a focus on delivery outcomes.
- Stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate and build trusted relationships at all levels.
- Relevant qualifications in program management, project management, business or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
