Real Estate Associate – Commercial Property Sales

Join Forte CRE, a boutique commercial real estate agency in Western Sydney, and become the person who keeps the office ticking. Working directly with the Director, you'll take ownership of the admin, compliance and executive support that keeps deals, documents and the day-to-day moving — a genuinely valued, hands-on role in a small, high-performing team.

Forte CRE specialises in the sale and leasing of premium commercial and retail investments, development sites, and childcare properties across Western Sydney. Built on authenticity, strategic vision and deep local expertise, Forte has quickly built a strong reputation and track record across the Sydney market.

About You:

Strong administrative and organisational skills, with high attention to detail
Confident managing an inbox, calendar and competing priorities
Comfortable working autonomously in a small team environment
Tech savvy and proactive; comfortable with Word, Excel and general business software
Real estate experience is helpful but not essential
Canva or similar design tool experience is a plus, not a requirement

What the role involves:

Prepare and manage Agency Agreements, compliance documentation and accurate business records, and operate our Real Estate CRM
Manage the Director's inbox, calendar and day-to-day scheduling, plus correspondence and business documentation
Support marketing execution — proposals, quotes, e-brochures, property listings, website updates and signboards — working alongside our external marketing contractor
Handle general office administration, filing and ad hoc business support as needed
