About the Role
Be the welcoming face of our outpatient service and help create a smooth experience for every patient. You'll keep clinics organised, support clinical teams and build trusted relationships while delivering efficient frontline administrative support.
- Welcome patients and manage frontline reception
- Book appointments and prepare clinic records
- Support clinicians with admin and patient documents
- Build strong relationships across hospital teams
- Maintain accurate records and confidential information
About You
You'll thrive in a busy environment, enjoy helping people and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support.
- Audio typing and keyboard speed of 50 to 60 words per minute
- Skilled with Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Deliver accurate admin with strong attention to detail
- Prioritise tasks and stay calm in a busy environment
- Build positive relationships and protect confidentiality
