THE ROLE
As Executive Assistant, you'll provide comprehensive administrative support - keeping their day-to-day running smoothly, facilitating clear communication, and helping manage key tasks and projects across the business.
Day-to-day you will be (but not limited to):
- Managing complex calendars, scheduling and coordinating travel arrangements for both executives
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports and presentations
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Coordinating logistics for meetings, events and site visits, including technology, catering and agendas
- Handling expense reports, budget tracking and invoice processing
- Maintaining organised, confidential files and records while supporting the broader Finance team as needed
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Management or a related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting members of an Executive team
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and discretion
- Proactive, detail-oriented and solutions-focused, with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise
