Sydney Electrical & Data with specialist division ElectrifyEV is one of Sydney's leading specialists in building electrification, power distribution, main switchboard upgrades and large-scale EV charging infrastructure. We are growing rapidly and are looking for an ambitious Graduate or Junior Electrical Engineer to join our team in Marrickville.

You'll be involved in projects from day one and see your work become real-world infrastructure.
What You'll Be Doing
Working closely with our engineering and project delivery team, you will assist with:
- Electrical installation design
- Commercial fleet EV Charging installation design
- Large residential strata EV Charging projects
- Main switchboard upgrade projects
- Load management and metering systems
- Preparation of engineering calculations
- CAD drafting and drawing development
- Cost estimates and tender submissions
- Development of Operation & Maintenance Manuals
- Technical reports and documentation
- Site inspections and investigations
- Factory acceptance testing and commissioning activities
- Contractor and supplier coordination
- Project planning and delivery. Every week is different, providing exposure to both technical engineering and practical project delivery.
About You
You may be:
- A recent Electrical Engineering graduate
- In your final year of an Electrical Engineering degree
- An engineer with up to 2 years of experience
You will ideally have:
- Strong communication skills
- An eagerness to learn
- An interest in power systems and electrical infrastructure
- Good organisational skills
- A practical, problem-solving mindset
Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, electrical design software or an electrical contracting environment will be highly regarded but is not essential.
