About the Role
As a Speech Pathologist with Evo Health, you will:
- Provide assessment and intervention services across the NDIS and Aged Care sectors
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing
- Develop individualised, evidence-based therapy programs based on each client’s needs, goals, and priorities
- Deliver therapy across clinics, homes, schools, preschools, aged care facilities, and community environments
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, carers, educators, support coordinators, and other healthcare professionals
- Provide education, practical strategies, and ongoing support to families and support networks
- Manage your own caseload while maintaining high clinical and professional standards
- Complete accurate, timely, and high-quality clinical documentation and reports
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and collaborative care planning
- Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives
- Support the continued growth and development of Evo Health’s Speech Pathology services
About You
We’re looking for a Speech Pathologist who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of clients and their families.
You will have:
- A recognised qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current professional registration or relevant professional membership
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills
- A commitment to person-centred and evidence-based practice
- The ability to work confidently both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- A reliable and professional approach to clinical practice
- A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
- An interest in contributing to and growing alongside an expanding allied health organisation
