In this role, you'll:
Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to translate business challenges into actionable analytical solutions.
Deliver customer and behavioural insights that inform strategies to improve customer experiences and influence transport demand.
Analyse and interpret large, complex datasets from multiple sources to uncover trends and opportunities.
Lead the development of dashboards, reporting solutions and data visualisations.
Provide technical advice and mentor team members in advanced analytics practices.
Present evidence-based insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

About you:
Experience translating complex business problems into meaningful analytical solutions and actionable insights.
Advanced SQL skills and a strong understanding of database design and data modelling.
Experience using Python or R and visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI or AWS QuickSight.
Experience working with large and complex datasets and analytics environments.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or a related discipline, or equivalent experience in applied analytics and insights delivery.
