- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., customer experience or sales) working with enterprise executives.
- 8 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in proactively anticipating operational, compliance, or program risks and developing immediate mitigation strategies.
- Customer-facing work experience with a variety of enterprise and cloud technology systems.

- Provide comprehensive stakeholder mapping, local delivery of executive briefing sessions, coordinating global executive visits, and serving as the primary regional point of contact to drive future business growth.
- Collaborate with account teams to drive agenda design and speaker alignment for executive briefings, evaluate the quality of briefing sessions, and provide feedback to ensure a high-caliber experience tailored to a C-suite audience.
- Serve as the central point for capturing critical customer insights, strategic roadblocks, commercial opportunities uncovered during briefings, and immediately distribute findings to account teams to accelerate the sales pipeline.
- Lead on-site logistics strategies (catering, meeting rooms, registrations logistics), establishing performance metrics and process improvements without direct headcount.
