Recruitment Partner | 10-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Looking for a recruitment role where you can truly own the function?
We're seeking an experienced Recruitment Partner to join our high-performing RPO team on a 10-month fixed-term contract, supporting a well-established account within the technology sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys autonomy, variety, and building strong stakeholder relationships to take ownership of the recruitment strategy and delivery for this account.
About the Role
As the primary Recruitment Partner for the ANZ business, you will lead end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of sales, corporate, IT and finance roles while also contributing to reporting, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives across the recruitment function.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles
Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver hiring outcomes
Produce weekly and monthly recruitment reporting
Support workforce planning and hiring forecasts to effectively manage resourcing and account profitability
Manage monthly invoicing processes
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and stakeholder experience
Deliver a positive stakeholder and candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
About You
Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to operate effectively in changing environments
Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience recruiting across a variety of functions, industries, or business units.
