Key Responsibilities
Feasibility & Financial Analysis Support
- Support the Senior Financial Analyst in developing feasibility studies for new development projects, including data gathering, modelling inputs and analysis.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate project work within the Development team to ensure deadlines are met across concurrent projects.
- Maintain and keep current the Development team's project database, ensuring information is accurate and accessible.
- Manage and update template documents used by the Development team for both internal and external purposes.
Market Research & Insights
- Support Development Marketing with market insight and research required to complete management proposals.
- Undertake market research to identify new lead opportunities for EVT and EVT Connect Hotels & Resorts.
- Draft market overview analyses and board submissions when the business is considering entering new countries.
Deal & Board Documentation
- Draft hotel deal approval submissions for all new development deals, ensuring accuracy and consistency with EVT approval requirements.
Strategic Support
- Work with the Chief Development Officer, Asia Pacific on strategic projects as required.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Property Economics, Commerce, Business, or Property Valuation.
- 1–2 years' relevant experience in a similar field with exposure to financial modelling or market analysis.
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and support the execution of Development plans.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to support financial and market analysis.
- A proactive, curious approach to market research and identifying new opportunities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence interacting with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and comfortable working with data and templates
- Proactive and motivated attitude, with a willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Exposure to financial analysis, feasibility modelling, market research or property/hospitality development is advantageous but not essential.
