That’s how many South Australians our people support each year.
As one of the state’s leading not-for-profits, we’re making a meaningful impact at scale. From foster care to aged care and everything in between, our services are as diverse as the people and communities we serve - and we’re growing our reach for the future.
It takes a special kind of person to work in this sector. Someone with real compassion and care. Could that person be you?
Join us as an Application Support Analyst, and be part of something bigger.
We’re looking for an Application Support Analyst to join our Technology & Information team. You’ll play a key part in keeping our internal systems running smoothly so our frontline staff can focus on what they do best - supporting the South Australian community.
You'll be a key resource across our TechOne ERP, supporting day to day operations and Business Improvement.
You know your way around IT support. Maybe you’ve worked in high-pressure environments, supported demanding systems, or kept critical apps running behind the scenes. You’re good at what you do—but lately, you’ve been wondering if there’s a better balance out there. One where you still get to use your skills, solve problems, and be part of a team… without burning the candle at both ends.
You’ll be trusted to make a valuable impact by:
- Supporting the delivery of reliable, customer-focused enterprise application services, ensuring issues and requests are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Maintaining and enhancing enterprise applications through system administration, configuration, data integrity, software releases and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Collaborating with project teams, stakeholders and technology partners to implement new and improved applications, ensuring smooth transitions into business-as-usual support.
- Identifying opportunities to improve application performance, service delivery and operational processes while contributing to effective change and configuration management.
- Building strong relationships across the organisation and fostering a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing and exceptional customer service within Technology & Transformation.
To thrive in this role, you will have:
- 2+ years’ experience in IT support and can confidently troubleshoot across systems and platforms.
- Knowledge and experience within ERP systems like Technology One.
- Clear communication skills, the ability to listen and really understand, to provide clear solutions with great customer service and empathy.
- A curiosity and openness to learning—but don’t need the all-hours demands of a startup or the grind of a multi service provider.
- The ability to share your knowledge, be part of a team, and enjoy seeing others succeed.
We would also love you to have (but not essential):
- Information Technology related qualification
- A foundation level accreditation in ITIL
- Previous experience and Understanding of Technology One ERP System.
Your contribution here matters. We want you to see your impact every day, and we want you to feel valued for it.
