GP Advertising is the retail advertising agency for Harvey Norman in Australia, NZ, UK, Ireland, and Singapore as well as Domayne and Joyce Mayne. Being one of the largest advertising agencies in Australia, GP Advertising produce a broad spectrum of material including catalogues, press, magazines, online, TV and radio. About the role

Based at the Homebush West Corporate Office, you'll work closely with the in-house advertising team to ensure all content and production processes comply.

You will;

Confidently liaise with internal staff, business units and external stakeholders.
Maintain and update files as required.
Consistently meet strict deadlines.
Manage changes and correspondence effectively.
Oversee copywriters and designers to ensure work is delivered on time.
Make informed judgements and identify potential issues.
Assist with other ad hoc duties to assist with the efficient running of GP Advertising.

About you

You are an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys working in a busy team environment. You have strong attention to detail, can manage multiple tasks at once, and take pride in providing quality support to others.

You will also have:

Previous experience in an administration, coordinator, or support role.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
The ability to work independently and follow established processes.
A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to help others.
The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
