We are currently seeking an experienced Hook-up & Commissioning Manager to join an established offshore project team currently in the execution phase of a major offshore campaign. Working on a 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off FIFO roster, you will play a critical leadership role in safely driving construction completion, commissioning on a 12 month fixed-term contract, working a 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off FIFO roster.

About the Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will act as Technip Energies' offshore representative and provide leadership across commissioning, operational readiness and offshore execution activities.
With the initial hook-up campaign well advanced, the focus of this role is driving commissioning performance, system completion, integrated testing, punch list close-out and efficient handover to operations. You will work across offshore and onshore teams to ensure systems are safely commissioned, project milestones are achieved and operational readiness objectives are met.
This is a senior leadership role requiring extensive offshore commissioning experience, strong stakeholder management capability and the ability to safety drive delivery during a critical stafe of the project life cycle.
Your key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all offshore hook-up and commissioning activities
- Drive system completion and commissioning progress across multiple work fronts
- Oversee commissioning readiness, ensuring documentation, procedures, permits, resources and materials are in place to support execution
- Coordinate commissioning teams, contractors, vendors and client representatives to achieve planned commissioning milestones
- Manage punch list close-out, completion dossiers and system handover activities
- Drive integrated testing, troubleshooting and issue resolution to minimise schedule impacts
- Ensure effective alignment between offshore execution teams and the Perth-based project organisation
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure all commissioning activities are executed in accordance with HSE requirements
- Monitor commissioning progress, identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to support successful project delivery
Provide regular reporting to project leadership and key stakeholders on commissioning performance and system status

About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant Trade Qualification.
- Formal training in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) desirable.
- Extensive offshore construction/commissioning experience with a hands-on approach.
- Experience with offshore hook-ups.
- Demonstrated success in cost control, schedule management and delivery performance.
- Exceptional problem-solving, team management and organisational capability.
Comfortable working across multidisciplinary teams and high-pressure environments.
