Real Estate Associate – Commercial Property Sales

Working directly with the Director, you'll take ownership of the admin, compliance and executive support that keeps deals, documents and the day-to-day moving — a genuinely valued, hands-on role in a small, high-performing team.

About You:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with high attention to detail
- Confident managing an inbox, calendar and competing priorities
- Comfortable working autonomously in a small team environment
- Tech savvy and proactive; comfortable with Word, Excel and general business software
- Real estate experience is helpful but not essential
- Canva or similar design tool experience is a plus, not a requirement
What the role involves:
- Prepare and manage Agency Agreements, compliance documentation and accurate business records, and operate our Real Estate CRM
- Manage the Director's inbox, calendar and day-to-day scheduling, plus correspondence and business documentation
- Support marketing execution — proposals, quotes, e-brochures, property listings, website updates and signboards — working alongside our external marketing contractor
- Handle general office administration, filing and ad hoc business support as needed
