About the role This is a unique opportunity to lead one of Western Health’s most significant digital transformation initiatives. As the Digital Health Program Manager, you will provide end-to-end leadership for the implementation of major clinical systems that support safer, more integrated and efficient care across the organisation. Working closely with clinical, operational and technical leaders, you will drive program delivery, organisational readiness and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption and lasting benefits. You will play a critical role in supporting modern models of care, enhancing patient outcomes and helping shape the future of digital healthcare for a rapidly growing community.
Key responsibilities-
Lead the planning, governance and delivery of a complex organisation-wide clinical system implementation.

Develop and manage program plans, scope, resources, risks and delivery milestones.

Partner with clinical, operational and technical stakeholders to capture requirements and optimise workflows.

Coordinate integrated delivery across clinical, technical, data, training and change workstreams.

Oversee program readiness, clinical safety, risk management and transition to business-as-usual operations.
About you-
Relevant tertiary qualifications in healthcare, science, management or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, Agile or PMBoK.
- Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale clinical system projects or complex digital transformation programs.
- Experience working within Victorian health services and a strong understanding of digital health environments.
- Demonstrated experience delivering clinical systems integration projects involving multiple stakeholders, systems and workflows.
- Experience working across both project delivery and business-as-usual operational environments.
- Minimum five years' experience delivering clinical systems projects involving Oracle Health (Cerner) solutions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and relationship management skills, with the ability to build consensus across clinical, operational and technical teams.
- A strategic and collaborative approach, with demonstrated accountability, sound judgement and a focus on achieving outcomes.
