Cadet Estimator & Office Coordinator — Affinity Tile & Stone

Affinity Tile & Stone is a Sydney-based commercial tiling, waterproofing and stone installation subcontractor. We're growing and looking for a motivated cadet to join our small team, with a genuine pathway into estimating and project coordination.

This is a varied, office-based role with the occasional site visit — great for someone who wants to learn the industry from the ground up while building toward an estimating career.

What you'll be doing:

Managing day-to-day office admin — emails, scheduling, filing, supplier and client correspondence
Assisting with take-offs and job estimating/quoting
Liaising with clients, builders and suppliers
Occasional site visits for inspections, measures, and progress checks as needed
Supporting the director with general project coordination as jobs progress

What we're looking for:

Well presented, reliable, and organised
Strong communication skills, comfortable on the phone and in writing
Confidence with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)
A valid driver's licence (occasional site visits required)
No experience necessary — full training provided in estimating and site processes
Genuine interest in construction/building and a long-term career in the industry
