About the role
The Program Manager Continuing Care Service (CCS) has broad responsibilities for leadership, clinical and operational management of this program within MHDAS. The current programs within CCS are;
- Adult community mental health and wellbeing teams
- Youth community mental health and wellbeing teams including Headspace Colac
- Aged community mental health and wellbeing teams
- Child and Infant mental health and wellbeing team
- Drugs and Alcohol Services
- Eating Disorder Services
- Therapy Program
- Clozapine Program
The responsibilities for CCS are shared between the Program Manager and Clinical Lead, reporting to the Clinical Director and Co-Director.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across Continuing Care Services.
- Lead service improvement, workforce capability and quality outcomes.
- Partner with clinical leaders to deliver safe, recovery-focused care
What We Are Looking For
You are an experienced health leader with a strong track record of leading complex multidisciplinary services. You are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and building capable, engaged teams while driving continuous improvement.
- Proven leadership in complex health or mental health services.
- Strong operational, stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
