About the Role
You will provide high-level executive support to the NSW General Manager while helping coordinate the day-to-day operations of our Sydney office.
More than a traditional Executive Assistant role, this position combines executive support, office coordination and stakeholder engagement. From managing priorities and travel to supporting office initiatives and events, you'll play a key role in helping our NSW Leadership Team stay organised, connected and focused.
You'll gain broad exposure across Georgiou, working closely with stakeholders and leaders both within NSW and nationally. This is a highly collaborative role where you'll help connect people, support business operations, and become a trusted member of our NSW team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive support to the NSW General Manager and Leadership Team.
- Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements and business priorities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence and meeting documentation.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, agendas and minutes.
- Manage confidential communications and stakeholder interactions professionally.
- Support office operations including facilities, workplace services, office supplies and general administration.
- Coordinate team events, Christmas functions, office initiatives and engagement activities.
- Process invoices and provide general administrative support.
- Assist with tender submissions, quality documentation and broader business initiatives.
- Act as a trusted connector across teams and stakeholders throughout the business.
Your Skills and Experience
We're less concerned about finding the "perfect" background and more focused on finding the right person.
You might come from an Executive Assistant, Office Coordinator, Office Manager or broader administration background. What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn and desire to contribute.

Highly Regarded
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Coordinator or Office Manager.
- Exposure to construction, engineering, infrastructure or project-based environments.
- Facilities management experience.
- Event coordination and workplace engagement experience.
- Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
