Full Job Description

Job Title: Workflow orchestration + Full-stack AI Engineer

Location: Sydney

Professional Summary

Design and build scalable workflow orchestration solutions using Temporal.
Develop backend services using Java, Python, Go or .NET.
Integrate OpenAI/LLM models, AI agents and tool-calling workflows into production applications.
Build frontend applications using React.js and TypeScript.
Develop and integrate REST APIs and microservices.
Deploy and manage applications on AWS using Docker.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure reliability, scalability and performance.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.

Required Skills

Temporal / Temporal.io – hands-on experience.
Strong experience with Java, Python, Go, or .NET.
OpenAI / LLM / Generative AI / AI Agents experience.
React.js and TypeScript.
AWS and Docker.
CI/CD and automated testing.
Strong knowledge of microservices and distributed systems.

Good to Have: MCP, RAG, Kafka, Kubernetes, Terraform, OpenTelemetry/Prometheus/Grafana.
