VM Drilling is a privately owned RC drilling company based in Kalgoorlie, serving clients throughout Western Australia. VM Drilling was established in 2004 as a one rig company and has grown organically to a reputable mid-size company. Today the business is operating up to 10 Rigs and possesses extensive experience within the mining industry.

About you
- CPA or CA qualified
-
Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior accounting or finance role

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modelling and management reporting

Experience with Xero, CorePlan, Connecteam, and other accounting, ERP and payroll systems

Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability, and leadership skills

A collaborative team player who can build strong relationships across the business

A proactive approach to identifying efficiencies and driving continuous improvement
