About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ICT Support Engineer to join our team, providing technical support across our systems, networks and applications. You'll be the go-to person for diagnosing and resolving IT issues, keeping our infrastructure running smoothly, and helping our people work productively every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first, second and third-level technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, network and business applications
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, email and security system faults for end users
- Install, configure, maintain and upgrade desktop hardware, operating systems, software and peripheral equipment
- Log, manage and resolve support tickets and incidents within agreed service level timeframes, escalating complex issues where required
- Support and maintain servers, network infrastructure, security systems and cloud/on-premises environments
- Develop and maintain support procedures, knowledge base articles and technical documentation, including user guides and maintenance records
- Provide technical guidance and training to staff on application software and operational procedures
- Liaise with users and management to communicate system changes, standards and best practice
- Contribute to systems and infrastructure reviews, and recommend hardware/software improvements
- Assist with the rollout of new systems, applications and infrastructure projects
- Provide approved onsite technical support at customer sites, including installation, troubleshooting and issue resolution outside the office
- Conduct quality/systems audits, tracking non-compliance, and reviewing operational procedures against established standards
- Conduct systems architecture reviews and recommending future hardware and software strategies
About You
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience minimum 2 years in an ICT support, help desk or systems administration role
- Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop, network and application environments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
