Full Job Description

1. Role Purpose

The IT Support & Business Systems Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day management, support, security and continuous improvement of Rossan's IT environment and core business systems.

2. Core Systems Under Responsibility

ABM ERP - Rossan's core operational and enterprise resource planning system.
Opmetrix - sales/POS system used by the sales team.
Microsoft 365 - user accounts, email, Office applications, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and security administration.
Shopify - Rossan's retail e-commerce website and related applications/integrations.
PharmX - wholesale electronic integration linked to ABM, including invoice transmission to customer POS systems.
IT infrastructure - computers, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, network, Wi-Fi, internet and related business technology.

PharmX Integration and Customer Connectivity
Microsoft 365 Administration
Shopify and E-Commerce Support
General IT Support
Staff Onboarding and Offboarding
Cybersecurity and Access Control
Backup, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
Vendor and Supplier Management
Systems Integration and Data Flow
Process Improvement and Automation
IT Documentation and Asset Management
IT Budget and Licence Management

Required Skills, Qualification and Experience

1. Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.

2. Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in business IT support and systems administration.
Strong Microsoft 365 administration and user-support skills.
Experience with business software integrations, data synchronization or electronic transactions
Good knowledge of Windows computers, devices, networking, Wi-Fi and general office technology.
Experience in managing user accounts, permissions, security and staff onboarding/offboarding.
· Ability to document systems and processes and manage multiple priorities.

5. Personal Qualities

Ability to analyse complex technical issues, think critically, and develop innovative solutions.
Demonstrated ability to priorities and manage multiple incidents and service requests in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative mindset, working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $84,000.00 per year
