In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering Road Safety Regulation to ensure safety on NSW roads.
This role will see you support the Executive Director of this large branch, which has diverse responsibilities.
You will provide high level, confidential executive support including diary and stakeholder management, organising meetings, travel and events, taking minutes and supporting the Executive Director administratively by managing systems and processes to optimise the efficient functioning of his office in a demanding constantly changing and sometimes politically sensitive environment.

About you
Your superior organisation skills formed across a career supporting high level Executives will see you excel in this role where your communication and stakeholder management skills will ensure that you will manage time and prioritise issues to assist the Executive Director operate in an environment where there are a constant range of issues and competing demands.
You're recognised as a team player, skilled at supporting an Executive while also working with the team to achieve the best outcomes for the Branch, experience in working for a large organisation where you have developed your organisation and business support skills will enable you to understand critical or politically sensitive issues which may require the immediate attention of the Executive Director and the overall efficient running of his time and office.
