Full Job Description

Sportspro needs to increase its Office Administration team as demand increases for our sports education programs.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated, experienced and skilled Office Administrator/Bookeeper to join our team and assist Senior Management with office administration and Bookkeeping tasks at Head Office in Frenchs Forest.

Tasks & responsibilities

Complete administration tasks and office support
MYOB Bookkeeping entry and reconciliation
Answering phone calls and providing general support as required on a daily basis
Assisting management team with the day-to-day operations of the business
Monitor emails and respond in a timely matter
Scanning documents and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
Ensuring adequate levels of consumables are in stock across the office, including monitoring levels and ordering
Timesheet and rostering management through HR app Deputy

For this position Sportspro will provide the following to you:

Hourly Pay of $55.00 + Superannuation.
Part time employment - 2 days per week (preferably Tuesday & Wednesday) - with the possibility of this increasing in the future
Work in line with the school terms only - minimal work through school holiday periods
Hours will be 8.30am until 2.30pm on the selected days
Position to commence on a mutually agreed starting date and includes a 1 month probationary period from the start date.
A friendly and dynamic working environment with experienced team of professionals

What Sportspro requires from you:

2 years minimum office/bookkeeping related experience
Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties and financial data entry
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs - particularly excel
Sound knowledge and proven ability in MYOB accounting software, Adobe, Deputy, (Wordpress & Joomla are desired but not essential)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail
Reliable, punctual and possess a good work ethic
