Golden Future Property Pty Ltd is a Sydney-based real estate agency specialising in property sales, property advisory services, and assisting clients in identifying residential and investment property opportunities. The company is committed to delivering professional property solutions and building strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors and the broader community.

As part of its continued growth and focus on strengthening its digital presence, Golden Future Property is seeking an experienced Content Creator (Marketing) to develop and manage engaging digital content that promotes the company’s property services, enhances brand awareness, increases audience engagement and supports customer enquiry generation across online platforms.

About the Role

The Content Creator (Marketing) will be responsible for creating, managing and publishing high-quality marketing content across digital platforms to support Golden Future Property’s branding, property promotion and customer engagement activities.

The successful candidate will develop creative content strategies, produce digital media, manage social media communications and analyse content performance to improve online visibility and audience engagement.

This role will play an important part in promoting residential properties, property campaigns, market insights and company updates through compelling storytelling, photography, video and written content.

Key Responsibilities

Research, plan and create engaging marketing content including written articles, property descriptions, photographs, videos, graphics and other digital materials for Golden Future Property’s online platforms.
Create and manage promotional content for residential property listings, property campaigns, inspections, market updates and company initiatives.
Develop and publish engaging content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant digital channels to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Capture and edit high-quality property photography and video content, including property tours, short-form videos, promotional videos and digital presentations.
Develop content calendars and schedule regular publications aligned with the company’s marketing objectives and target audiences.
Create storytelling-driven content including property showcases, client success stories, market insights and company updates to strengthen brand recognition.
Monitor social media engagement, audience behaviour and digital campaign performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Analyse the effectiveness of digital content and recommend updates to improve audience reach, engagement and customer enquiries.
Update and optimise website content to improve online visibility, user engagement and search engine performance.
Collaborate with sales consultants and management teams to collect accurate property information and develop relevant marketing materials.
Maintain consistency of brand messaging, tone and visual identity across all digital communication channels.
Stay up to date with emerging social media trends, digital marketing practices and content creation techniques relevant to the Australian real estate market, particularly within the Sydney property sector.

Key Competencies and Skills

At least five years of relevant full-time (or equivalent) experience in content creation, digital marketing, social media management or marketing communications.
Demonstrated experience creating, editing and publishing digital content across multiple online platforms.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to create engaging marketing content for different audiences.
Experience in photography, videography and editing digital content using industry-standard tools and software.
Experience managing social media platforms and developing content strategies to increase audience engagement.
Knowledge of SEO principles, website content optimisation and digital analytics.
Ability to monitor digital campaign performance, analyse audience insights and recommend improvements.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple content projects and meet deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external creative professionals.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality marketing content.

Desirable Skills and Experience

Experience producing marketing materials, property photography, video tours or digital campaigns.
Experience using CRM systems, social media management tools and digital marketing platforms.
Basic graphic design skills for creating digital marketing materials and social media assets.

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
