Business: SOODOX CO. PTY LTD

Location: 15 Euston St., Rydalmere, NSW 2116

Position: Program or Project Administrator

Salary: 80,000

Tasks: Coordinate product development projects by creating detailed project schedules, establishing project milestones, allocating responsibilities, and monitoring completion of assigned tasks to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.

Manage digital systems implementation projects by facilitating the adoption and integration of software solutions to improve operational efficiency across the business.

Lead operational improvement initiatives focused on streamlining workflows and minimising operational bottlenecks across multiple business units.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including compliance registers, version-controlled documents, meeting minutes, risk registers, change logs, and related records in accordance with company quality standards and audit requirements.

Support project budget administration by monitoring project expenditure and cost allocations associated with research, product development, prototyping, production, packaging, and marketing implementation activities.

Liaise with research, production, sales, and marketing teams to promote effective communication, coordinate project activities, and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.

Prepare and submit detailed project progress reports to senior management and stakeholders, providing information on resource utilisation, project timelines, risk management, and achievement of project milestones.

Undertake market research and competitor analysis to support product innovation initiatives and identify opportunities for continuous operational improvement.

Utilise project planning tools, including Gantt charts, Excel dashboards, and risk matrices, to monitor critical project activities, identify potential schedule deviations, and implement appropriate risk mitigation measures.

Qualification: Minimum AQF Bachelor's degree, preferably in project administration or at least 3 years of relevant experience

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a project administrator

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
