Parts & Logistics Planner

Looking for your next opportunity in mining? We’re seeking an experienced Parts & Logistics Planner to support our operations on a major Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) construction project at Sino Iron.

This role will see you coordinating parts procurement, freight and logistics to support a fleet of heavy mobile equipment, ensuring critical TSF embankment and earthworks activities continue without disruption within a high-performing team environment.

The Role

Planning, sourcing and ordering parts to support maintenance requirements
Raising and processing purchase orders using Epicor
Coordinating freight and logistics to ensure timely delivery of parts to site
Liaising with Maintenance Planners to forecast upcoming works and requirements
Monitoring parts availability and managing supplier lead times
Expediting urgent and critical component orders
Maintaining accurate records of orders, deliveries and inventory
Working collaboratively with suppliers, freight providers and internal teams to minimise downtime

What we’re looking for

Previous experience in a Parts, Logistics or Maintenance Planning role within mining or heavy industry
Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics in remote site environments
Experience using Epicor or similar ERP systems
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach
