About the Company

We are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded electrical contracting business with a long-standing reputation for delivering complex electrical construction, infrastructure, and maintenance projects across Australia.

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager – Electrical Contracting to join their Sydney team. This role offers the opportunity to manage diverse projects from inception through to completion while working alongside experienced industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage electrical construction projects from planning through to successful completion.
Coordinate labour, subcontractors, suppliers, and project resources.
Monitor project budgets, schedules, quality, and overall performance.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and stakeholder engagement.
Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management and clients.
Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, Australian Standards, and project specifications.
Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Drive project outcomes while maintaining safety, quality, and profitability targets.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Demonstrated experience managing electrical construction projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience delivering commercial and/or industrial electrical projects.
Sound understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
Qualifications in Project Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
