As our Customer & Performance Insights Analyst in the Everyday Services team you'll dig into the data to spot sales trends, solve business bottlenecks, and find new opportunities for growth—starting with Insurance and Telco, before expanding your impact across all our Services teams.
Drive Business Growth: Deliver actionable insights, scenario planning, and break-even analysis to identify new market opportunities and fuel strategic decisions.
Build Financial Models: Provide end-to-end commercial modeling, trade reporting, and finance forecasting to give a holistic view of business health.
Manage P&L & Costs: Support P&L management for the Insurance and Telco units while analysing sales channel effectiveness and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
Design High-Impact Dashboards: Build visually intuitive performance dashboards that make complex sales data and KPIs easy for the team to consume.
Champion Data Literacy: Train team members and stakeholders on how to use dashboards and self-service analytics tools effectively.
Support Strategic Roadmaps: Partner with Product BAs and Strategy teams to provide the data needed for roadmap planning, customer value propositions, and new venture feasibility.
Handle Deep-Dive Analysis: Tackle complex, ad-hoc analytical requests that require deep commercial acumen beyond what standard automated reports can offer.
A proven track record of building strong, collaborative working relationships across internal teams—including Finance, Product, and Analytics—as well as external partners. Exceptional organizational skills and the composure to manage competing priorities, allowing you to deliver regular weekly trade reporting alongside complex, ad-hoc requests on time.
End-to-End Business Analysis: Proven expertise in gathering requirements, mapping processes, and producing high-quality documentation that matches organizational standards.
Commercial Modeling & Planning: Strong skills in end-to-end commercial modeling, including scenario planning, break-even analysis, and deep-dives into metrics like CPA.
Data Visualization & Dashboards: Ability to design intuitive, high-impact performance dashboards that make complex sales data easy to understand.
P&L & Financial Management: Experience supporting monthly P&L management, trade reporting, and aligning sales activity with financial outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement & Influence: Advanced communication and facilitation skills to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across all business levels.
Data Advocacy & Training: Passion for championing data literacy by coaching and training team members on how to use self-service analytics tools.
Autonomous & Technical Execution: A self-starter who manages competing priorities with composure, proficient in using Jira and Confluence to manage workflows.
