Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced entry to mid‑level B2B Sales Representative to expand Tyroola’s commercial customer base. This role is focused on hunting for new accounts, engaging with B2B buyers, and building long-term relationships that drive recurring revenue.

You’ll be working with the B2B team to prospect new B2B accounts, present Tyroola’s advantages, manage contact pipelines, and support customers through our ordering portal. The successful candidate will be looking to build relationships through email and calls while hunting for new business opportunities. The role is remote, with occasional field visits to high‑value customers, workshops, fleets, and business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development

Identify and target new B2B customers across automotive, logistics, transport, retail, workshops, and fleet operators.
Conduct structured outbound outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn, and industry networking.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
Present Tyroola’s marketplace offering — premium brands, competitive pricing, national fitter network, and digital convenience.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.

Account Management & Relationship Growth

Maintain and grow relationships with existing B2B accounts to drive repeat purchases.
Understand customer buying cycles and proactively recommend tyre solutions.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across premium and mid-tier brands.
Provide ongoing support through our ordering portal and CRM.
Conduct occasional field visits to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities.

A. In this role, the primary tasks you’ll be responsible for are

Identifying and targeting new B2B customers across automotive, logistics, transport, retail, workshops, and fleet operators.
Executing structured outbound outreach through calls, email, LinkedIn, and industry networking to generate qualified leads.
Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects with consistent movement through outreach → meeting → quotation → closed deal.
Presenting Tyroola’s advantages including premium brands, competitive pricing, national fitter coverage, and digital ordering convenience.
Preparing quotations, negotiating pricing, and closing new business, ensuring commercial accuracy and alignment with approved pricing guidelines.
Managing and growing existing B2B accounts to drive repeat purchases and long-term revenue.
Understanding customer buying cycles and proactively recommending tyre solutions tailored to fleet, workshop, or trade needs.
Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across premium, mid-tier, and value brands.
Providing ongoing customer support through the Tyroola B2B portal and CRM to ensure smooth ordering and account management.

B. The secondary responsibilities of the role will be

Conducting occasional field visits to high‑value customers, workshops, fleets, and business partners to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities.
Using the Tyroola B2B portal to place, manage, and track customer orders end-to-end.
Maintaining accurate CRM records to ensure pipeline hygiene, complete documentation, and reliable forecasting.
Tracking sales performance and customer activity, identifying growth opportunities and areas for improvement.

Key Skills & Qualifications

1–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in tyres, automotive, or related industries.
Proven track record of hunting, prospecting, and closing new business.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Experience using CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
Comfortable working with Excel & Sheets for tracking, reporting, and account management.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities with accuracy.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to tailor solutions to customer needs.
Comfortable working remotely with occasional field travel.

Performance Indicators

Sales growth from new and existing B2B customers.
Number of new qualified customers onboarded monthly.
Conversion rate from outreach → meeting → closed deal.
Retention and repeat purchase rate of B2B accounts.
CRM and portal accuracy (pipeline hygiene, complete documentation).
