About the role
The Administrative Support Officer provides comprehensive administrative and customer service support to Systems Data & Reporting team. The role is responsible for coordinating administrative functions, project support activities and operational processes, ensuring business priorities are delivered efficiently, accurately and within required timeframes. The responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support, including diary, mailbox and records management.
- Coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes and action items.
- Preparing business documents, reports and correspondence.
- Extracting records from CRM systems with high attention to detail and employing appropriate information security protocols.
- Responding to stakeholder enquiries and delivering high-quality customer service.
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting executive reporting.
- Collaborating with the team to support efficient business operations.

About you -
- Strong organisational skills to coordinate multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Familiar with and confident using CRM systems and similar technologies
- Ability to manage various administrative tasks with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to respond to a range of enquiries
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
