Director of Creo Enablement

Shape the future of creator marketing.

Creator and influencer marketing has evolved from a specialist channel into a critical driver of brand growth. As client investment in the creator economy accelerates, we're investing in the next stage of Creo - OM Content's end-to-end creator and influencer capability.

We're looking for an ambitious, commercially minded leader to own it.

This is not a traditional influencer marketing role.

You'll sit at the intersection of product innovation, commercial growth and client leadership - defining what creator-led marketing looks like at scale across one of Australia's largest media networks.

You'll be responsible for growing Creo's footprint across the OM agency network: building agency adoption, unlocking new commercial opportunities, strengthening platform and client partnerships, and ensuring Creo continues to set the benchmark for creator marketing in Australia.

What You'll Be Doing

Driving Creo's growth across the OM network - identifying whitespace, building pipeline and converting opportunities into revenue
Developing the Creo proposition: refining our offer, building playbooks and staying ahead of where the creator economy is heading
Leading capability uplift across agencies - running training, creating tools and ensuring teams can sell and execute creator work with confidence
Building and managing relationships with platforms, creator talent partners and industry bodies
Supporting major pitches and client opportunities, acting as the senior Creo voice in the room
Representing Creo externally - at industry events, in trade press and with prospective clients

Who You Are

You're a commercially driven leader who understands both the business and creative sides of modern marketing. Your background will be in influencer marketing and you'll know that channel inside out, but also experience across social, media, agency or platform - what matters is your ability to build products, drive adoption and bring people on the journey.

You're comfortable with senior stakeholders, skilled at influencing across complex organisations, and energised by the challenge of scaling something from good to market-defining.

You're a strong leader, able to inspire the most out of the team around you
