An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and strategic Program Manager – Research and Innovation to lead the delivery of transformative initiatives that will position Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District (NBMLHD) as a global leader in healthcare innovation.
In this pivotal role, you will manage and deliver high-profile strategic projects that embed clinical trials into routine healthcare and accelerate the translation of research into clinical practice. You will play a key role in the development of landmark initiatives, including the innovative Dementia Centre at Sydney Science Park and the new Clinical Trials Centre at Nepean Hospital.
These flagship centres will strengthen NBMLHD's reputation as a leader in research and innovative clinical services, creating opportunities to improve patient outcomes while establishing the District as a destination for cutting-edge healthcare research and innovation. This is a role that will see you Lead the planning, implementation and delivery of strategic research and innovation projects across the District, Identify funding opportunities and contribute to business development strategies that enhance research capability and long-term sustainability. Your role will include the monitoring of program outcomes, manage risks and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with strategic objectives.
